Megan is a Consultant at Columbus Consulting. She is a proactive and collaborative leader with deep experience supporting and leading system implementations across a range of functions—including project management, business process design, change management, training, and subject matter expertise. She is committed to understanding the needs of the business, balancing those with industry best practices and overall project objectives to drive meaningful outcomes.
Before joining Columbus in 2022, Megan held leadership roles at globally recognized apparel and footwear brands such as adidas, Columbia Sportswear, and Capri Holdings, where she focused on supply chain and merchandising operations and process.
Megan is certified in Prosci change management methodology.
