Fiona is a dynamic and versatile retail professional with 30 years experience working for leading global retailers.

Fiona served as a Merchandise Controller and then went on to lead the design, testing and delivery of a suite of Buying & Merchandising systems and a core merchandise system upgrade for River island. She also worked as B&M Systems Development Manager at Signet.

Since 2013 Fiona has served various private and Columbus clients identifying pain points resulting in practical recommendations to improve efficiency and business transparency and profitability. Recently Fiona was responsible for the IT deliverables for the growing Global Franchise business for Flying Tiger of Copenhagen.
