Derek is a retail industry veteran with extensive experience in Merchandise Planning and Allocation as well as all aspects of Supply Chain; Warehouse Management, Fulfilment, Logistics and Global Sourcing. He specializes in systems implementation, omni channel inventory strategies and organizational design; delivering excellence in customer experience along with operational expense efficiencies. Derek is known for driving results, building high performing collaborative teams driven by accountability and innovation.
Before joining Columbus in 2023. Derek held leadership roles as SVP at The Children’s Place, EVP at Ascena, SVP at Ann Inc. and Land’s End.
