- This fashion retailer needed to increase accuracy and access to data to enable fact based decisions and improve the allocation of merchandise to drive optimal use of inventory.
Solution
- Implemented Allocation and Business Intelligence/Data Analytics, including data validation, cleansing, centralization, cloud hosting, analysis and tool selection.
- Prepared and implemented a three-year IT strategic plan emphasizing system renewal.
- Conducted a cost savings investigation across the Supply Chain.
- Led assigned initiatives by defining business requirements, creating vendor requests for proposals, designing extractions, validating data, creating analytic outputs, prioritizing based on business need.
