  • Led the 4-Brand Digital Transformation including Customer Journey, eCommerce, OMS, CRM and multiple supporting initiatives
  • Created Roadmap for Marketing Technologies, Ported Customer Data Hub to GCP Customer Data Platform while executing on Phase 1 of the MarTech roadmap focusing on the Customer Journey, Loyalty Program and Data Scientist Algorithms
