Adriene is a seasoned, strategic, and collaborative DTC leader with deep expertise in Merchandise Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment. She is highly skilled in developing integrated merchandise financial plans, leading Open-to-Buy (OTB) processes, and delivering timely in-season forecast revisions. Adriene has successfully led merchandise planning and allocation system transitions, overseeing functional design and end-to-end process development.
Before joining Columbus, Adriene held leadership roles at prominent national and international brands, including Vans, PacSun, and The Walt Disney Company.
Adriene is also a Certified Problem and Change Manager (CPCM), accredited by the Global Association for Quality Management.
