    • Operationally drove a $250M women’s omni channel brand from initial launch of a direct mail catalog to website and retail store fleet. Built amazing teams that collaborated on the brand experience and customer journey. Implemented systems to improve planning, inventory optimization, PLC calendar, PLM item creation, allocation, OTB, BI platform, call center and distribution enhancements. Managed successfully through many challenges and opportunities. Opened 80 stores. Responsible for accountability and ownership of goals and metrics. Strategic partner.  Developed a strong leadership team that redefined the brand and customer while aligning the company on goals and metrics.  Reported directly to PE ownership.

    • Product merchant for 3 fashion catalogs. Strong development, design and private label responsibility. Developed product with key factories both onshore and offshore. Delivered sales and margin goals each year. Eventually managed a team of 12 merchants and planners to drive a strong brand following through a direct mail catalog.
