Dawn Milanovich is a Partner  with Columbus Consulting International, LLC. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting, Dawn held several positions during a 7-year career with Mac Tools, including Project Director for POS/MMS installation and Financial Operations Controller. Dawn spent 17 years with various divisions of The Limited and has experience in all areas of Accounting Operations (Sales Audit, Inventory Control, Point of Sale, and Financial Reporting) as well as Planning and Allocation. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Western Kentucky University.

  • Green Growth Brands – Implementation Lead
    • Responsible for implementation of IT Help Desk. Led selection for software to support Help Desk. Hired and trained technicians to receive/resolve issues reported from retail stores. Streamlined process for POS configurations/set up for new stores – opened 100+ stores in 8 weeks
  • Signet Jewelers – Project Manager
    • PM for Integration Workstream, responsible for converting in house credit portfolio to 3rd Party Provider. Created and maintained Project Plan for IT, POS/Ecommerce, Marketing, Finance, and Store Process/Procedures. Work closely with credit provider with marketing material and to ensure compliance with all legal requirements were met. Led weekly status meetings with executive team, addressing concerns and follow up as needed
  • The Children’s Place – Functional Lead
    • Developed design documents for analytics needed to support JDA Allocation application.  Worked with business users to gather requirements for Store Group, Size Profiles, Store Grades, Models and Fixtures analytics needed to support allocation application. Developed Functional Design documents, which included User Interface to edit/update analytics as needed
  • DSW – Functional Lead
    • Assisted in development of Assortment Planning application prototype. Developed technical / business requirements used to configure application as well as define testing requirements. Responsible for management of HP Quality Center to ensure all testing activities are documented, defects recorded appropriately, and status / updates reported to team effectively. Implemented multi channel Assortment Planning application (including Stores and dot.com)
