Oversaw the selection and implementation of an ERP to replace Quickbooks for this rapidly growing Apothecary. The replacement system had to accommodate contract manufacturing, retail stores, forecasting, wholesale and e-commerce. The solution encompassed a number of applications, in that no single solution could satisfy the requirements. Managed from selection through go-live.

Managed the conversion to a new hierarchy for the corporate reporting and merchandising systems. Consolidated all brands onto a common hierarchy. Developed a numbering structure that would permit better corporate analysis, and a mapping tool to permit the assignment of styles from the old to new hierarchy. Devised the migration approach to minimize the risks of conversion.

Assisted with the opening of a retail division for this work wear manufacturer. Helped select and implement POS and merchandising solutions to coincide with the opening of the first retail store, and to prepare for growth while developing merchandising and financial structures to allow the growth of the retail operation
