Lorraine White is a Principal with Columbus Consulting International LLC and has over 25 years of merchandise planning experience gained from apparel manufacturing, retail merchandise management, consulting and solution design roles.
Lorraine began her career in the UK as a product manager for Levi Strauss Northern Europe then moved into retail as a Senior Merchandise Planner for two leading chains, The Burton Group and River Island.
Over the past 15 years, Lorraine has lived and worked in the US, responsible for the design and development of merchandise and assortment planning systems for JDA, SAS and Manhattan Associates, gathering input from retailers across the globe in a variety of retail sectors. As a consultant she has worked with clients such as GNC, The Orvis Company, Disney Store, American Eagle and Hot Topic to define best practice planning processes and lead the design and configuration of planning system implementations.
Specializing in the fields of assortment planning and multi-channel merchandising, Lorraine’s deep and varied skill set provides a sound basis for process definition, functional requirements documentation, system design and configuration.
Lorraine holds a BA Honors degree from the University of Nottingham UK |
