Brad Sterling is a Principal of Columbus Consulting International, LLC. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting, Brad held various positions over a 17 year career with retail, software and consulting firms, including Warner Bros. Studio Stores, Comshare (Arthur), Deloitte Consulting, Ready To Plan, Planalytics, and PSI Consulting. Brad’s retail business experience begins with a background in Financial Planning and MIS and expands to merchandising including buying, planning and allocation. He has been working as a consultant with retailers and wholesalers to enhance their planning processes, assist with system selections, and lead their system implementations since 1995. Brad has designed and implemented Merchandise Planning, Financial Planning, Store Planning, and Assortment Planning processes and systems for national and international retailers utilizing a variety of packaged applications. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Southern California.
Brad’s client experiences include Polo Ralph Lauren, Hallmark, Claire’s Stores, Game Crazy, Dots, Inc., Duty Free Shops, J. Crew, Talbots, Harolds, Neiman Marcus, Kmart and many others.
