Melissa Boone is an Alliance with Columbus Consulting International, LLC. She began her retail consulting career in 2009 after working for the leading women's specialty apparel company, LANE BRYANT, a division of Charming Shoppes, Inc. and prior to that at VICTORIA'S SECRET Stores of Limited Brands, Inc. Her roles have included numerous system and enhancement implementation projects, process design and requirements, testing, training and support and encompassing Allocation, Replenishment, Store, Assortment and Merchandise Planning applications. As the Business Project Manager for all four Charming divisions during a major E3 (AWR/OPT/ASR) replenishment upgrade and Business Process Optimization project, she was recognized for her work with the President's award. At Victoria's Secret, she held a similar role in Planning and Allocation and was also similarly recognized.

Melissa Boone is a highly motivated professional that has demonstrated a track record of delivering reliable, high quality, detail oriented results. She has been heavily involved with SIG groups over the last decade, staying on top of the latest retailer needs, serving on the JDA User Group Executive Committee and as the Allocation SIG Chair for two terms. Melissa has presented for JDA's CONNECT, JDA FOCUS, NYC Fashion Institute of Technology and has also conducted a webinar for JDA regarding allocation and the integration of merchandise applications.

In addition to great communication skills, Melissa brings a strong functional and project management background to her engagements. Her client experience includes Carter's Retail, Osh Kosh B'Gosh Retail, Christopher & Banks and POLO Ralph Lauren Corporation.
Melissa Boone holds a BSBA degree in Finance from The Ohio State University – The Max M. Fisher College of Business, is a member of the Project Management Institute and lives with her family in Columbus, Ohio.
