Rick McPhillips is a Senior Consultant with Columbus Consulting International, LLC. Prior to joining Columbus Consulting in 2005, Rick was Director of Professional Services – Planning and Allocation at the NSB Group (now Epicor) for 6 years. While at NSB, Rick and his team helped optimize planning and allocation business processes at many of the top North American retailers. Prior to that, Rick worked in the European office of Island Pacific, serving both in sales and consulting roles. Rick has spent over 27 years in retail merchandise management and consulting related to merchandising processes and software. Rick received a Bachelor of Science degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania 1980.
