Michele Harris has been a staff consultant with Columbus Consulting for over 5 years. She has more than 10 years of consulting experience developing and implementing retail allocation applications. Michele’s experience includes testing JDA Allocation for Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, Express, DSW and George/Walmart; testing customer rewards Web management relaunch for BigLots and WebStore relaunch for American Signature Furniture and Big Lots; developing test documents, functional requirements, use cases and consulting on the initial implementation of JDA Advance Allocation for VF Corporation (specifically Vans); consulting on upgrades/enhancements to existing JDA allocation processes for DSW, George and Michael Kors; developing allocation variables for Dressbarn; and test coordinator for American Signature and BigLots (including creating functional requirements).
Prior to joining Columbus, she developed requirements and PL/SQL allocation applications for Limited, Victoria’s Secret, and Express; developed use cases, performed tests, provided support for Nationwide’s customer service applications; and developed PL/SQL stored procedures, UNIX shell scripts, Oracle tables and databases, triggers and indices and used XML at American Electric Power.
In addition to her retail experience, Michele has over 10 years’ experience developing requirements and PL/SQL stored procedures and testing applications for insurance, utilities, and local, state and federal government organizations.
